Our staff have provided land planning, preliminary subdivision processing, final subdivision platting design, and coordination of surveying services for several large subdivisions in the area, including Legends Village and Lake Forest in Round Rock, The Ranch at Crystal Falls in Leander, and Katy Crossing in Georgetown.

Coulter Engineering, Inc. provides Planning and Design Services for site development on all types of projects.

Coulter Engineering Inc., can provide infrastructure design and permitting services for streets, drainage, utilities, water, wastewater treatment, and water quality. We have developed and processed site development permit applications for private landowners and developers, office/retail projects, multi-family developments, and industrial projects. Our staff has engineered many Public Works projects including street and drainage improvements for the City of Round Rock and the City of Marble Falls.
