Lime in Round Rock for several years. Our latest project for Austin
White Lime included the contruction plans for a new 50,000 gallon water
tank to serve the plant.

This multi phased project in Leander consisted of replating and
rezoning
an existing 5.8 acre, 2 lot subdivision into a 3 lot commercial
subdivision for the purpose of a new Dollar General retail store, and
several restaurants. Site and detention design services are all
included in the scope of services being provided.
Tranquility Ponds,
Round Rock, Texas
This exciting new project is planned for the area at May's Crossing in
Round Rock and consists of site design and water quality pond design
for a company out of Idaho that provides commercial and residential
water feature and decorative pond installation. This site is
particularly challenging due to it's irregular shape and easement
restrictions.
Woodland Park Phase 4A
and 4B, Georgetown, Texas
Woodland Park is a new community development of executive homes by
Jimmy Jacob's Custom Homes in Georgetown, Texas. This phase of the
entire development will feature 41 total residential lots for which
Coulter Engineering, Inc. is providing platting services, plans and
specifications for utilities, street and drainage and construction
administration services.

rehabilitation
project of an existing city street in Marble Falls, Texas. The project
includes
associated drainage improvements for a street whose width varies from
50 to 35
feet.

The Deerfoot Drive project consists of the relocation of the existing
8” water line and associated W/WW services to the opposite side of
Deerfoot Drive, a steeply sloping 30 ft. wide residential street in
Round Rock, Texas. Restoration and repair of residential W/WW services
and asphalt was part of this $57,000 project and is currently at 90%
completion.
