Coulter Engineering, Inc. is a Civil Engineering firm located in Central Texas just north of Austin in Round Rock. We are located at the Park West Corporate Center, 595 Round Rock West Drive, Ste. 101, just off IH 35 at the McNeil Road exit. Coulter Engineering, Inc. was organized in July 2002 to offer Civil Engineering services throughout the Central Texas area.

We are a small, diverse group of design and engineering professionals with training and experience in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science and the Construction Industry. James B. Coulter, P.E., President, heads the engineering and design professionals of Coulter Engineering, Inc.

Mr. Coulter's lenghty experience in Central Texas has enabled him to lead a team of dedicated and experienced professionals. He has successfully completed numerous projects in Texas while working as a design professional for other firms in the past. Since its inception, Coulter Engineering, Inc. has grown rapidly, both with local clientele and employees.

As design professionals, we fully understand the importance of both the project schedule and budget during the design and construction phase. We also recognize the importance of our Client's input throughout the project life. Our major advantage as a design team is our ability to provide quality engineering and design services in a timely and cost efficient manner, with an emphasis on personal, one-on-one interaction with our Clients.

With over 60 years of combined experience in Land Development, Planning, and Public Works Projects in the Central Texas area, we are ready to help you with your land development needs, large or small.
